BOSTON, Mass. – The Providence College softball team fell to Boston University, 3-1, on Sunday, April 10 in Boston, Mass.
GAME NOTES
-The Terriers got on the board first scoring two runs in the third inning. Jen Horita hit a triple for an RBI of two. Horita then contributed a run of her own to give the Terriers a 3-0 advantage.
-Gabriella Sebastian (Ramsey, N.J.) reached second base on an error in the fifth inning, allowing Micaela Abbatine (Warwick, N.Y.) to reach homeplate and get the Friars on the board, 3-1.
-Tori Grifone (Sussez, N.J.) was the pitcher of record and pitched 4.0 innings for the Friars. She allowed six hits and struck out two batters.

The Friars will play Harvard University on Tuesday, April 12 at 4:00 p.m. in Cambridge, Mass.
