Pepe Lora Named To BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

The Spanish native recorded two goals in his Friar debut.
NEW YORK, N.Y.-Providence College men's soccer graduate student Pepe Lora (Madrid, Spain) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll today (Aug. 26).
In his Friar debut, Lora spearheaded the Providence offense in its season opener against Quinnipiac. Lora scored both goals in the 2-0 win against the Bobcats on Aug.22.
The men's soccer team returns to action this evening when it plays at Boston College (0-0-1, 0-0-0 ACC). Kick-off is set for 5:30 p.m. in Newton, Mass. For fans unable to attend, the match will be available for stream on ACCNX.
