• The Friars scored just six minutes into the match (6:00), when Ventrella tallied his second goal of the season off a setup from
Fernando Garcia Gil.
• Providence doubled its lead in the 29th minute (28:42), as Montalto buried his second goal of the year, assisted by
Bruno Rosa.
• Xavier cut the deficit before halftime, 2-1. Cooper Forcellini converted a penalty kick in the 45th minute (44:35) for his eighth goal of the year.
• Abbey gave the Friars a two-goal advantage in the 74th minute (73:01) with an unassisted finish.
• Xavier got within one (3-2) in the 89th minute (88:18), as Forcellini scored his second of the night off assists from Nolan Brice and Ely Detty. It marked Forcellini's ninth goal of the season through eight games.
