Men’s Soccer Ranked 25th In Latest United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll

The Friars are ranked for the third week this season after last week's victory over the defending BIG EAST champions that secured them the title of BIG EAST East Division Co-Champions.
PROVIDENCE, R.I.-The Providence College men's soccer team (10-4-3, 5-1-2 BIG EAST) secured the No. 25 spot in the latest United Soccer Coaches Top 25 poll (Nov. 5). This marks the team's third week in the Top 25. Last week, Providence recorded a 1-0 victory over Xavier on Nov. 2 to secure the team its first program BIG EAST East Division Co-Champion Title and the No. 2-seed in the BIG EAST Championship.

The No. 2-seed Friars will host the No. 7- seed Connecticut Huskies (8-2-6, 3-2-3 BIG EAST) on Saturday, Nov. 9 on Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium in Providence, R.I. The match is set to kick-off at 7:00 p.m. and will stream on the BIG EAST Digital Network.
