PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence College senior field hockey player Eleonore de Keyser was named to the NFHCA Division I Senior Team. The National Field Hockey Coaches' Association released its senior team selections today [Nov. 15]. She is one of 38 student-athletes to be featured on the team, spanning 30 NCAA Division I programs.
De Keyser closed the 2023 season as an All-BIG EAST Second-Team honoree and was previously selected to the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team at the start of the year.
She tallied her first career points on a pair of assists against New Hampshire and completed the year with 13 points on five goals and three assists. De Keyser recorded three goals and one assist against Queens for a career high seven points on Oct. 8. It marked the first hat trick by a Friar since 2014.
