PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence College senior midfielder
Mary O'Reilly (Longmeadow, Mass.) has been selected to play in the 2019 Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division I Senior Game, which features the top senior field hockey players in the nation.
This year's event will take place in conjunction with the NCAA Division I Field Hockey Championship in Winston-Salem, N.C. and will be played on Friday, Nov. 22 following the completion of the NCAA semifinal games.
O'Reilly, a 2018 All-BIG EAST Second-Team selection, has started all 13 games for the Friars this season and ranks second on the team in scoring with 11 points on three goals and a team-best five assists. Two of her three goals have been game winners. Additionally, her 11 points and five assists mark single-season career highs. For her career, she has played 69 games with 65 appearances in the starting line-up. O'Reilly has totaled 33 points on 10 goals and 13 assists.

O'Reilly has helped guide the Friars to an 8-5 overall record, and the program recently broke into the NFHCA Division I National Coaches' Poll on Oct. 15 at No. 25. Providence will return to action on Friday, Oct. 18 against BIG EAST foe Quinnipiac at Lennon Family Field. The match is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.
