Men's Soccer Announces Preseason Games

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - - The Providence College men's soccer team has announced its preseason schedule leading into the 2004 campaign. The Friars will host Franklin Pierce on Saturday, August 21st at 3:00 p.m. on Glay Field. PC will then travel to Fairfield on Tuesday, August 24th for a 5:00 p.m. contest against the Stags, followed by a 3:00 p.m. game on Friday, August 27th at Boston College. Providence men's soccer, under the direction of fifth-year head coach Chaka Daley, begins the 2004 season on Friday,September 3rd against Bradley beginning at 8:30 p.m. The Friars home opener is slated for Saturday, September 11th against BIG EAST Conference foe Villanova. Kick off is set for 1:00 p.m.
