Villanova University (2-10) - Villanova will be looking to earn its first BIG EAST win on Sunday. On Friday, the Widcats were shutout, 3-0, by Boston College ... Junior forward Dave Francalangia (Berlin, Conn.) leads the Wildcats in scoring with two goals and three assists in 12 games ... Junior goalkeeper Matt Malek (Dearborne, Minn.) is the team's top goaltender with a 2.21 goals against average and a .691 save percentage.
Providence College (4-8) - The Friars enter Sunday's game looking to earn an important BIG EAST win. PC is battling to be one of the top eight teams in the league for the BIG EAST Playoffs ... On Friday, PC was defeated by 19th ranked Rutgers, 2-1 ... PC has posted a 2-6-1 mark all-time against Villanova. Last year, Villanova defeated PC, 1-0 ...
