As a Freshman: Placed sixth in the 50 yard backstroke (30.51) and fifth in the 100 yard backstroke (1:04.15) against URI…At the Harold Anderson Invitational, Arman placed 27th in the 200 IM (2:21.23), 22nd in the 100 backstroke (1:02.02), and 18th in the 200 backstroke (2:12.88)…Arman qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in Geneva, Ohio and swam the 200 IM, 100 backstroke, and 200 backstroke.
Before Providence:Earned four varsity letters swimming at Fairfield Ludlowe…captain during Senior year…holds school records in 100 backstroke, 400 freestlye, and 200 medley…2nd team All-Conference during Sophomore year in 100 freestyle, Junior year in 400 freestlye relay, and Senior year in 100 back.
Personal: Born December 25th, 1998…Daughter of Barbara and Michael Arman…has one brother, Mikey, student and Baseball player at Kenyon College…one sister, Hailey…Father, Michael, swam and played Water Polo at Iona College…plans to study Health Policy Management.
