Total Career Points: 191.75
As a Freshman: Freeman placed second in the 200 freestyle (1:48.19) and eighth in the 100 freestyle (49.67) at the BC Catholic Invitational…placed first in the 200 scm freestyle (1:57.51) against Fairfield…At the Harold Anderson Invitational, Freeman placed 10th in the 50 freestyle (22.27), second in the 200 freestyle (1:45.00), and second in the 100 freestyle (47.91)…Placed second in the 200 freestyle against Holy Cross…Freeman qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in Geneva, Ohio where he competed in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and placed 16th in the 200 freestyle (1:42.92). Freeman was also a member of the fifth place 800 freestyle relay, fifth place 200 freestyle relay, and fifth place 400 freestyle relay.Â
Before Providence: Earned six varsity letters swimming for New Rochelle High School…captain of the swim team during Junior and Senior year…three time All-Section…200 free relay Section I Champion…All-American Consideration for 200 and 400 freestyle relays…holds school records in 200 and 400 freestyle relays.
Personal: Born June 2, 1999…Son of Ann and Michael Freeman…has one brother, Michael, and two sisters, Brittany and Nicole…sister, Brittany, swam at Iona College (2007-2011)…father, Michael, played football and baseball at Fordham University…Business Economics major.
