Megan Guilbert returns for her second season as a graduate assistant 2019, following a solid playing career with Friars.

Guilbert played in 49 games for Providence during her career, stepping into the starting role at goalkeeper for each of her final two years with the Friars.  She posted a 26-18 overall career record to go along with a 1.77 goals against average and a 0.732 save percentage.

She was a two-time All-BIG EAST selection, as a First-Team honoree in 2016 and a Second-Team selection in 2017.  Guilbert also reeled in NFHCA Division I All-Northeast Region Second Team and BIG EAST All-Tournament Team recognition in 2017, capped off by her selection to the Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division I Senior Game.  During her career, she also was honored as the program's Mountain Climber Award winner (2015) and was a two-time recipient of the program's Pride Is An All-The-Time-Thing Award (2015, 2016).  Guilbert also excelled in the classroom, as she was named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team (2015, 2016) and NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad  (2017).

She graduated from Providence College in May 2018 with a degree in social work.  Over the course of the next two years, she will pursue a masters degree in higher education and will graduate from the program in 2020.
