Providence Softball Announces Schedule Changes

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College softball team announced two schedule changes on Wednesday, April 11. The Friars’ home game against Harvard University that was set to be played on Thursday, April 12 at 4:00 p.m. has been cancelled.

Providence’s game against Villanova University that was set to be played on Sunday, April 15 at 12:00 p.m. has been rescheduled to Friday, April 13. Due to conflicts, the game will not be live streamed but will provide live stats. First pitch for Friday is set for 3:30 p.m. The doubleheader against Villanova on Saturday, April 14 will continue as scheduled.

The Friars will still play a doubleheader today (April 11) at Bryant University. The first game is set to start at 3:00 p.m.
