Indoor Track: Placed fourth (1:19.17) in 500 meters at the University of Rhode Island Invitational on Jan. 21...Finished fourth (1:16.30) in the 500 meters at the Boston University Terrier Classic on Jan. 28...Placed 56th (2:10.27) in the 800 meters at the Boston University Valentine Invitational on Feb. 10...Finished second (2:52.34) in the 1,000 meters at the Brown University Invitational on Feb. 18...Was a part of the distance medley team that finished third (11:23.97) and the 4x800 meter relay team that finished second (8:44.55) at the BIG EAST Indoor Championship on Feb. 24-25...Placed third (2:49.24) in the 1,000 meters at the ECAC Indoor Championship on March 5…Outdoor Track: Finished 19th in the 800 meters (2:09.52) at the Raleigh Relays on March 23-25…Placed seventh in the 800 meters (2:10.10) at the Friar Invitational on April 14…Won the 800 meters (2:11.35) at the 2023 Yale Springtime Invitational on April 30…Placed sixth in the 800 meters (2:07.93), was a member of the 4x400 meters team (3:50.75) that placed seventh and was a member of the 4x800 meters team (8:36.34) that won at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships.

2021-22 Cross Country: Placed 13th at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 22nd, 3km (9:55.7)…Indoor track: Placed second in the 1,000 meters in the Boston University season opener on Dec. 4 (2:51.69)… Won the 800 meters at the URI coaches tribute meet on Jan. 22 (2.18.04) and was a member of the 4x400 meters relay that placed third (4:02.11)… Placed ninth at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier classic on Jan. 28th (2:11.53)… Placed seventeenth in the 800 meters at the Boston University Valentine Invitational in Boston, Mass. on Feb. 11th (2:09.05)…Was part of the 4x800-meters relay who placed 2nd (8.43.37) and part of the distance medley who placed 3rd (11.28.32) at the BIG EAST Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb. 25th-26th… Placed sixth in the 800 meters (2:08.02) at the ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Mar. 4-6th…Outdoor Track: Was a member of the 4x400 meters team (4:00.94) that placed 28th at Raleigh Relays on Mar. 24-26…Placed second in the 800 meters (2:10.60) at the Black and Gold invitational on Apr. 1-2nd… Placed 2nd in the 800 meters at The Friar Invitational in Providence R.I. on Apr. 9th…Was a member of the 4x800 meters team (8:34.22) that placed seventh at Penn Relays on Apr. 28-30 and set a school record in the event…Placed second in the 800 meters (2:08.14) at the brown Springtime Invitational on May 1…Placed fifth in the 800 meters (2:08.06) and was a member of the 4x800 meters team (8:35.25) that placed first at the BIG EAST Outdoor Track and Field Championships…

2020-21 Cross Country: Fall 2020 season was moved to the spring due to the COVID-19 pandemic… Did not compete… Indoor Track: Finished second in the 500 meters at the URI Tri Meet on Feb. 11 (1:19.48)… Placed second in the 800 meters at the URI Tri Meet on Feb. 25 (2:17.77)… Was a part of the DMR team that won at the URI Tri Meet on Feb. 25 (12:30.55)… Outdoor Track: Finished 25th in the 800 meters at the Raleigh Relays on March 25-27 (2:10.49)… Was a part of the 4x400 relay team that finished tenth at the Raleigh Relays on March 25-27 (3:53.94)… Placed 14th in the 800 meters at the Virginia Grand Prix on May 1 (2:11.87)… Placed 9th in the 800 meter at the BIG EAST Championships on May 14-15 (2:11.44)… Was a part of the 4x400 relay team that finished seventh at the BIG EAST Championships on May 14-15 (4:00.48)… Was a part of the 4x800 relay team that finished third at the BIG EAST Championships on May 14-15 (8:53.26)

Prior to Providence: Attended Franklin High School (2015-2019)…Was a four-time Hockomock League All-Star (2015-2019)…Won the DI Massachusetts State Championship in the 300m and the 4x200 relay… Finished sixth overall in the SMR relay at New Balance Nationals (2018)… Holds Franklin’s record in the 300m and the 4x200 relay… Qualified for New Balance Nationals three times…
