As a Junior: Placed fourth in the 200 butterfly (2:08.03) against Bryant…Placed fourth in the 200 scm butterfly (2:20.47), the 200 scm backstroke (2:18.16), and the 200 scm IM (2:19.70) against Fairfield…Placed fourth in the 200 scm butterfly (2:20.46) against Iona…At the Harold Anderson Invitational, Billig placed first in the 200 yard freestyle (1:44.22), third in the 100 backstroke (52.43), and third in the 200 backstroke (1:52.88)…Placed second in the 200 backstroke (1:59.05) against Villanova…At the BIG EAST Championships, Billig placed 14th in the 200 freestyle (1:42.33), 13th in the 100 backstroke (51.68), and 11th in the 200 backstroke (1:52.82). He was also a member of the 800 freestyle relay that placed fifth.

As a Sophomore: Placed fourth in the 200 yard backstroke (2:00.91) at the New England Catholic Invite…Placed second in the 200 scm butterfly (2:19.04), third in the 200 scm backstroke (2:13.33), and fourth in the 200 scm IM (2:18.25) against Bryant… At the Harold Anderson Invitational, Billig placed fifth in the 200 yard IM (1:58.43), second in the 100 yard backstroke (52.73), and first in the 200 yard backstroke (1:51.86), and was a member of the 400 yard freestyle relay that placed first…Placed second in both the 200 scm butterfly (2:16.98) and the 200 scm backstroke (2:14.66) against Holy Cross…Billig qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 200 IM as well as the 100 and 200 backstrokes. He placed 22nd in the IM (1:56.39), 13th in the 100 backstroke (51.88), and 14th in the 200 backstroke (1:52.78). He was also a member of the 200 freestyle relay and the 400-yard medley relay, both of which placed fifth.
