Men’s Track and Field Earns Two BIG EAST Team Academic Excellence Awards

The team earned awards for its performance in the classroom during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
NEW YORK, N.Y. – The BIG EAST Conference has announced the 22 teams that have been recognized with the 2022-23 Team Academic Excellence Awards for compiling the highest collective grade-point averages in each conference sport. The Providence College men's track and field team earned BIG EAST Team Academic Excellence Awards for the indoor and outdoor seasons.
The winners were chosen based on the 2022-23 grade-point average of each student-athlete who appeared on an institution's roster as of the last contest of the championship segment in each conference-sponsored sport.
