Cassidy MacPherson Signs with Buffalo Beauts of NWHL

MacPherson finished her career at Providence with 78 points in 146 games.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Recent Providence College graduate and women's ice hockey forward, Cassidy MacPherson (Oakville, Ontario), signed with the Buffalo Beauts of the NWHL yesterday, August 6. Last month, teammate Christina Putigna signed with the Boston Pride.
MacPherson concluded her career as a Friar having played in 146 games and recording 78 points. She played in all but one game since stepping on campus as a freshman. She totaled 25 goals and 53 assists during her four-year stint. The forward finished fifth on the team in scoring with 20 points on nine goals and 11 assists and was recognized as the team's Unsung Hero at the conclusion of the 2019 campaign.
