Men's Basketball Claiming Process, explains how students with season tickets can claim tickets for games. The process includes four steps: Log into your ticket account using the Go Friars Gameday app and your Friars email address under the Ticket tab. Navigate to the Buy Screen to select the game; the claiming window opens 3 days before tip-off and closes 48 hours before the game. Complete the buying process by confirming the claim; no payment is due. Receiving the ticket: Tickets are downloadable in the Go Friars Gameday app 24 hours before the game. Additional notes: Tickets are not transferable or sellable. Students who didn’t win the lottery may receive unclaimed tickets; notifications are sent 48 hours before tip-off. Tickets start at 15 dollars and vary by game. Only Mobile Accepted: Mobile tickets must be presented; screenshots not accepted.Download in Advance: Download tickets early due to limited cellular coverage at the arena. Go Friars Gameday: Use the app for tickets, rewards, and notifications.
Student Ticketing Information
Men's Hockey Ticketing Process, how students can purchase tickets for men’s hockey games. The process is broken into four steps:  Log into your ticket account using the Go Friars Gameday app and your Friars email address under the Ticket tab. Navigate to the Buy Screen to select the hockey game; tickets go on sale at 9:00 AM the Monday before the game. Complete the buying process by adding the item to your cart and confirming purchase; tickets start at $10.00. Receiving the ticket: Tickets are downloadable in the Go Friars Gameday app 24 hours before the game.  A box reads: On Sale Tickets go on sale at 8:00 AM the Monday of each game week; tickets start at 10 dollars for students.
The Women's Basketball ticketing process for students. The instructions are divided into four steps: Log into your ticket account using the Go Friars Gameday app and your Friars email address under the Ticket tab. Navigate to the Buy Screen and select the women’s basketball game you are claiming. Complete the buying process: The item will show as $0.00; add it to your cart and confirm purchase. Receiving the ticket: Tickets are available to download in the Go Friars Gameday app 24 hours before the game starts. Additional note: Most women’s basketball games are free for students.
