Dan Donahue Named To The BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll For Lacrosse

Donahue earned BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll recognition for the third time.

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Providence College men's lacrosse player Dan Donahue (Weston, Mass.) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the third time this season on Monday, Feb. 24. He previously earned honor roll accolades on Feb. 3 and Feb 10.  

Donahue tied his season-high of 15 saves and recorded a season-best .682 save percentage for the Friars in Saturday's game at Brown. The graduate transfer holds a .586 save percentage in net this season. Donahue currently ranks first in the BIG EAST in saves per game (12.75) and third in save percentage (.586).  

What's Next: The Friars will travel to Merrimack on Tuesday, Feb. 25. Faceoff is set for 4:00 p.m.
