PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College men's lacrosse team will host Boston University at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25 at the Ray Treacy Track and Field Complex. The game was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 24, but it has been rescheduled due to inclement weather.

The Friars are currently 1-1 on the season. Providence picked up its first win of the 2015 season versus Vermont, a 12-9 victory, on Saturday, Feb. 21. Senior Buck McClure (Dallas, Texas) paced the Friars with three goals and two assists for the game. Senior Greg FitzMaurice (Huntington, N.Y.), junior Michael Perettine (Farmingdale, N.Y.), and freshman Jake Cook (Guelph, Ontario) each scored two goals as well.
In goal for the Friars, senior Peter Badgley (Summit, N.J.) registered 17 saves in all 60 minutes of play. Badgley currently holds a 9.50 goals-against average and has 32 saves for the season. The Friars were successful in 23-of-28 clear attempts versus the Catamounts and held the advantage in ground balls versus Vermont (28-25).

Scouting The Terriers
