The Friars face UConn on Wednesday, October 30 at 6:00 p.m.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College volleyball team is home this week for two BIG EAST matches at Alumni Hall in Providence, R.I. The Friars will play UConn on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 6:00 p.m. Providence will face Butler on Friday, Nov. 1 at 5:00 p.m.

SCOUTING THE FRIARS… The Friars enter the weekend with a 7-14 record and are 0-10 in the BIG EAST. Most recently, the Friars were defeated by DePaul (3-0) and Xavier (3-0).
Shaliyah Rhoden (Rowlett, Texas) leads the Friars' offense with 229 kills.
Kayla Grant (Rowlett,Texas) leads Providence with 73 blocks and has recorded 158 kills and 17 aces. Grant has a .330 hitting percentage, which ranks sixth in the BIG EAST.
Lyric Berry (Wylie, Texas) has tallied 122 kills and 55 blocks.
Miller McDonald (Dallas, Texas) leads the Friars with 536 assists.
SCOUTING CONNECTICUT… The Huskies enter the weekend with a 18-4 record and are 6-4 in the BIG EAST. Most recently, UConn was defeated by Xavier (3-2) and DePaul (3-1).
Graduate student Taylor Pannell has tallied 206 kills and 57 blocks.
Freshman McKenna Brand has notched 294 digs. She averages 3.57 digs per set, which ranks sixth in the BIG EAST.
Senior Doga Kutlu has recorded a team-high 805 assists, averaging 9.70 assists per set.
