Brady Berard Named Pro Ambitions Hockey East Rookie of the Week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence College freshman forward Brady Berard (East Greenwich, R.I.) was named Pro Ambitions Hockey East Rookie of the Week on Monday (March 13).
Berard scored his first collegiate goal 4:00 into overtime on Saturday night at Northeastern to send the Friars to the Hockey East Semifinals. In 33 games with Providence in 2022-23, Berard has a goal and two assists with a +2 rating.
The Friars will face-off against top-seeded and No. 5 Boston University in the Hockey East Semifinals on Friday (March 17) at TD Garden in Boston. Puck drop is slated for 4 p.m.
