PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College track and field teams traveled to Tampa, Fla. for the First Round of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Tuesday, May 23. The Friars are sending three athletes to compete in the 1,500 meters and the 5,000 meters. The First Round will take place over a three-day span, from Thursday, May 24 until Saturday, May 26.
