PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Providence College men's soccer Head Coach Craig Stewart announced today (May 22) the addition of two student-athletes to the 2017 roster.
The incoming class consists of Malcolm Duncan (Toronto, Ontario) and Simon Fisher (Brookline, Mass.) along with the previously announced Ben Agnew (Alpharetta, Ga.), Garrett King (Scarborough, Maine), and Ben Ludwick (Boxborough, Mass.).
Duncan, a 5-11, 172-pound defender, attended Rosedale Heights School of the Arts and played for Sigma FC. Duncan captained the Sigma FC team and was named to the 2016 All-League First Team after logging 480 minutes. Duncan also played for the Ontario Soccer League, Elite Sigma FC II. He was an Honor Roll student all four years at Rosedale.
Fisher, a 5-10, 150-pound midfielder, graduated from Roxbury Latin School and played for the FC Boston Bolts. Fisher served as the captain of his Roxbury Latin squad and was named to the ISL All-League team. Fisher plans to major in economics at Providence.
