Providence College Men's Hockey Hosts Outdoor Youth Clinic

PROVIDENCE, R.I. --The Providence College men's hockey team hosted its second annual outdoor youth clinic on Sunday, Feb. 3. The clinic, held at the Bank of America City Center in downtown Providence, R.I., included over 70 children ranging from the ages of six to 12.
Head Coach Nate Leaman and several players helped teach the children basic skills, while also holding cross-ice scrimmages.
The clinic, sponsored by Dunkin Donuts, allowed the children to learn from Division I student-athletes. Dunkin Donuts provided breakfast for the children, parents and players and all of the children that participated received a goodie bag which included a free ticket to the Friars upcoming game against the New Hampshire Wildcats on Friday, Feb. 8 at 7:00 p.m.
