Promotions Coming Up For Friar Men's Basketball

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College Athletic Department is excited to announce upcoming promotions at the Friar men's basketball games.
At the team's season opener on Saturday, November 13, every fan will receive a pocket schedule card and two home schedule cards for their key chain on when the Friars host Dartmouth at 7:00 p.m.
As part of the Cancun Challenge, the Friars will host Prairie View A&M on Saturday, November 20 at 7:00 p.m. All fans will receive a schedule poster as they exit the building. Return to the Dunk' on Wednesday, December 1 and receive a schedule magnet for your refrigerator when the Friars play Northeastern at 7:00 p.m.
On Monday, December 6 when the Friars take on Brown at 7:00 p.m. PC will honor the Armed Forces. Current and retired members of the Military will receive FREE tickets and all friends and family will have the chance to receive tickets for a discounted rate of $5 per person. Tickets must be ordered prior to gameday and can be ordered by calling the PC ticket office at (401) 865-GOPC or visiting the ticket office located in Alumni Hall. Fans also, can mail in this form. This offer is not available at the Dunkin' Donuts Center.
Show your pride in Friar Athletics, while you're driving! Join us on Tuesday, January 4 at 7:00 p.m. as the first 2,000 people through the turnstiles at the Dunkin' Donuts Center will receive a Friar Car Magnet.
Mr. Potato Head Night at the Louisville game on Saturday, January 22. The first 2,000 fans will receive an Exclusive Friar Mr. Potato Head. Game time is 5:00 p.m. Doors open at 4:00 p.m. Get there early to make sure you are one of the first 2,000 fans through the turnstiles.
On Wednesday, January 26, when the Friars host the Wildcats of Villanova at 7:00 p.m. the first 2,000 fans will receive a Friar Baseball Hat. Friar hat night is sponsored by Cox Sports and Cat Country.
Join us for all the craze of Friar Silly Bandz on Saturday, February 19, when we host Cincinnati at 7:00 p.m. during Parents Weekend. The first 5,000 fans will get a package of four custom Friar Silly Bandz. Included in the package is a Friar Head, a Skating Friar, a Shield and the P logo. The Friar Silly Bandz are co-sponsored by NBC 10 and 92 Pro-FM.
Friar fans help us BLACK OUT THE DUNK. Wear your favorite BLACK Providence College shirt to all the games this season, especially our game vs. Notre Dame on Wednesday, February 23 at 7:00 p.m.
Lastly, celebrate Senior Day, Homecoming Weekend and look forward to the spring with our Foster Grant Sunglass giveaway on Saturday, March 5 when the Friars take on Rutgers at 7:00 p.m. The first 4,000 fans will receive a pair of sunglasses courtesy of Foster Grant. Don't miss this final home game of the season.
