Domenico was named associate head coach in July of 2021 after spending the three previous seasons as an assistant coach. During the 2020-21 season, Domenico helped the program to its second NCAA Tournament appearance, and finished the condensed schedule with a 12-8-1 overall record. Providence also advanced to the Hockey East Championship game for the first time since 2012, marking the program's seventh trip to the title game all-time. The Friars spent 14-consecutive weeks in the national rankings, inside the top-10.
In addition to her coaching duties at the collegiate level, Domenico has coached at various levels with the Canadian Women's National Team. After named an assistant coach, Domenico helped Canada's 2022 Winter Olympic Team secure a gold medal in Beijing and a gold medal at the 2022 IIHF Women's World Championship. She served as an assistant coach for the U-18 Women's National Team in the 2020-21 season and was an assistant coach for the Canada National Women's Team 'Rivalry Series' in 2019-20. Domenico also served as a coach for the National Women's Development Team Selection Camp (2018-19, 2019-20) and the National Women's Under-18 Team Summer Showcase (2017-18).
Prior to her arrival at Providence College, Domenico was an assistant coach at Syracuse University (2011-17). During her time with Syracuse, she helped guide the program to 109 wins and four CHA Championship Game appearances in seven seasons. She also served as an assistant coach at Ohio State University (2010-11).
A 2009 graduate of St. Lawrence University, Domenico played in 153 games for the Saints. During her career, St. Lawrence qualified for four-consecutive NCAA Tournaments, reaching the Frozen Four in 2006 and 2007. As a senior, she was named ECAC Defensive Forward of the Year and earned Second Team All-Conference honors.
