Molly Reagan embarks on her second season at Providence College as a member of Erin Batth's staff. She served as the program's Associate Director of Player Development during the 2023-24 season and was promoted to Assistant Coach in July 2024.
Reagan spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa. She helped guide the Tartans to the 2022 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Tournament title. Carnegie Mellon knocked off top-seeded Kean University in the semifinals (77-44) and went on to defeat Penn State-Behrend in the championship game (80-60). It marked CMU’s first postseason appearance since 2017.
Before joining the collegiate coaching ranks, Reagan spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Braintree High School in Braintree, Mass. She also coached for three seasons at the elite club level with New England Exposure Basketball, LLC.
Reagan played NCAA Division I basketball at Liberty, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She earned a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Liberty in 2018.
The Flames advanced to postseason play during two of her three seasons with the program. In her final campaign in 2017-18, Liberty compiled a 24-10 overall record, claimed the Big South Tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
Reagan enjoyed an impressive high school career Braintree High School, where she helped guide her team to back-to-back Massachusetts Division I State titles in 2014-2015. She finished her career with 1,100 points, was a three-time Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic Selection. Reagan averaged 12.0 points, 8.0 rebounds per game as a senior and was named to the Bay State Conference First Team and Boston Globe Dream Team.
