As a Sophomore: Played 17 games with three appearances in the starting line-up... Recorded five points on two goals and one assist... Tallied her first collegiate point on an assist against Stonehill (Sept. 6)... Scored her first career goal against Old Dominion (Oct. 4)... Recipient of the program's Mountain Climber Award... Named to NFHCA Division I National Academic Team... BIG EAST All-Academic Team honoree.

As a Freshman: Played seven games as a rookie... Attempted two shots during the season, including one shot on goal... Named to NFHCA Division I National Academic Team... Earned NFHCA Division I Scholar of Distinction recognition... BIG EAST All-Academic Team.

Before Providence: Attended Independence High School… Registered 203 career points on 69 goals and 65 assists… Two-time First-Team All-State selection (2019, 2022)… Second-Team All-State pick (2021)… Four-time First-Team All-Region and All-District honoree (2019-22)… Helped her team advance to the State Semifinals during each of her four seasons at Independence… Played club for Rampage Field Hockey (2019-22) and Husel Field Hockey (2023).
 
Personal: Daughter of Kasper and Kelly van Benten… Mother, Kelly, played field hockey and lacrosse at Gettysburg… Has one brother, Hans… Marketing major with a minor in finance.
