FIRST SET HIGHLIGHTS: Xavier won the first set, 25-17.
- The Musketeers got off to a 7-1 lead to start the first set causing a Friars timeout. Â
- Xavier extended their lead to 16-8 in the middle of the set.Â

SECOND SET HIGHLIGHTS: The Musketeers took the second set, 31-29, for the 2-0 edge in the match.
- The Friars took a quick 6-3 lead to start the second set.
- Xavier went on a 9-1 run to take the 12-7 lead.Â
- Providence went on a 7-4 run to cut the score to 16-14.
- The Friars tied the set at 23-23 forcing a Musketeers timeout.Â
- The Musketeers closed out the set winning, 31-29.

Shaliyah Rhoden (Rowlett, Texas) registered seven kills in the second set.

THIRD SET HIGHLIGHTS:Â Xavier won the third set,
- The Friars got off to a 5-2 lead in the third set.Â
- Providence extended their lead to 10-5 causing Xavier to call a timeout.
- Xavier went on an 8-2 run to take the 13-12 lead.Â
- The Musketeers held onto the lead winning, 25-23.

Shea Dupuis (Richardson, Texas) had four kills in the third set.
