Brett Berard Named New England Division I All-Star

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The New England Hockey Writers Association announced today (April 27) its 2021-22 award winners and Division I all-stars. Providence College sophomore Brett Berard (East Greenwich, R.I.) was named a New England Division I All-Star for the 2021-22 season.
 
Berard finished the season tied for third in scoring in Hockey East with 38 points on 18 goals and 20 assists. He led all Hockey East players with six game-winning goals and finished tied for the lead with eight power-play tallies. The six game-winners were tied for second among all NCAA players this season. The Third Team Hockey East All-Star finished the 2021-22 season with a +10 rating, while his 109 shots on goal were tied for second overall in Hockey East this season alongside of teammate Parker Ford.
