PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College women's soccer team played to a scoreless draw against the DePaul Blue Demons on Thursday, Oct. 10 on Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium. Providence now holds a 7-4-2 overall record, including a 2-1-1 mark in conference play.

GAME FLOW & NOTES
- Neither side found many opportunities in the first half, DePaul posted three shots in the opening 45 minutes compared to Providence's two.
-The Friars and Blue Demons came out firing in the second half. DePaul put up eight shots compared to six for the Friars.
- DePaul found its best opportunity of the night in the 76
th minute of play. Kristin Boos ripped a curling shot from the right side just outside the eighteen-yard box. The ball was headed for the top left corner before
Shelby Hogan (Franklin, Mass.) denied the bid.

Hannah McNulty (Warwick, R.I.) recorded a team-high four shots on the night, including one on goal.
Alexis Rothmann (Norwell, Mass.) posted the lone shot on goal for the Friars in the first half.
- Hogan finished the night with four saves. She recorded her fourth shutout of the season and her 21
st career clean sheet.
- Providence now holds a 5-0-2 in overtime games this season.
