Marist College Red Foxes (0-3-0) - The Red Foxes come to Glay Field on Saturday, September 13 trying to snap their three-game losing streak. Marist lost to Hofstra in their season opener, 3-0, and to Bucknell and Fordham, 3-2. Their game against Central Connecticut was postponed due to rain and has yet to be rescheduled. The Red Foxes are led in scoring by junior forward Courtney Moore with five points on two goals and one assist. Sophomore forward Kathleen Murray is tied for second on the team with freshman Justine Caccamo with two points each. Freshman keeper Danielle Cibelli has played the majority of minutes for Marist and has allowed seven goals and posted a 3.43 goals against average.

Providence College Friars (3-1-0/0-0-0) - The Friars bring a three-game winning streak into their game with the Red Foxes on Saturday, September 13. Providence's senior goalkeeper Caroline Haines (Stillwater, Minn.) has posted three-straight shutouts and has a goals against average of 1.25. The Friar offense has started to show signs of life as five players have registered points thus far. Leading the way is junior Lauren Ritchie (Sayville, N.Y.) with two goals, both game-winners, and one assist. Newcomers sophomore Kathryn Mahoney (Narragansett, R.I.) and freshman Erin Mastrodonato (Rochester, N.Y.) rank second and fifth on the team in scoring, respectively. After having five days between their game against Long Island and Marist the Friars have a busy schedule next week. They travel to New Hampshire on Wednesday, September 16, then host Villanova on Friday, November 19 and Rhode Island on Sunday, November 21.
