Student-Athletes Visit Hasbro Children's Hospital

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - On Thursday, March 25, a group of Providence College student-athletes visited Hasbro Children's Hospital to spend some time with its patients. The visit was sponsored by the College's Student Athlete Advisory Board (SAAB). Seven Providence College athletic teams joined forces with SAAB to make the visit possible.
The Student Athlete Advisory Board is looking forward to the possibility of making yearly visits to the hospital and spending time with its young patients. Thursday's visit to the hospital was made by representatives of the men's basketball, men's and women's ice hockey teams, men's and women's soccer teams, men's and women's swimming and diving teams and the women's volleyball team.
