PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College women's golf team is set to open the 2025-26 season on Monday, Sept. 22 and Tuesday, Sept. 23, at the Boston College Red Bandanna Invitational at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, Mass.

Play begins Monday morning with rounds one and two in a shotgun format. The third and final round will be played Tuesday. The field includes 14 other schools: Dartmouth College, Boston College, Boston University, Monmouth University, Sacred Heart University, Le Moyne College, Butler University, University of New Haven, Elon University, Georgia State University, Columbia University, Long Island University, Hofstra University and Manhattan College.
Blue Hills Country Club, owned by Concert Golf Partners as a private country club, is a par 72 course ranging 6,138 yards.
This season's roster includes five juniors, one sophomore and three freshmen. Providence's lineup for Monday is:

The Friars will return to action on Monday, Sept. 29 at the Sacred Heart Fall Classic at Great River Golf Club in Milford, Conn. Providence will then have two weeks off before traveling to Wallingford, Conn. to play in the Quinnipiac Classic at The Farms Country Club from Oct. 13-14.
To conclude the fall season, the Friars will compete in the Le Moyne College Lady Dolphin Invitational and the Lehigh Invitational. The Le Moyne College Lady Dolphin Invitational, set for Oct. 20-21, will take place at Bellevue Country Club in Syracuse, N.Y. The Lehigh Invitational will be held Oct. 25-26 at Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, N.J.
The spring schedule will feature Providence's first ever appearance in the BIG EAST Championship. The 2026 BIG EAST Women's Golf Championship is scheduled for April 25-27 at Callawassie Island Club in Okatie, S.C.
