Men’s Track Competes At BU’s Terrier Classic

Brett Lehman, Cormac Dixon and Jon Mignacca put in strong performances for the Friars.
BOSTON, Mass. – The Providence College men's track and field team competed at the Terrier Classic at Boston University on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025. Freshman Cormac Dixon (Dublin, Ireland), senior Brett Lehman (Lower Gwynedd, Pa.) sophomore Jon Mignacca (Seekonk, Mass.) all had strong performances for the Friars. Dixon ran the 3,000 meters in a time of 7:56.59 to win his section (26th overall). Lehman placed 13th in the 400 in a time of 48.44. Mignacca placed third in the high jump with a height of 2.01 meters.
The Friar men's team will return to action on Feb. 14-15 at the BU Valentine Invitational in Boston, Mass.
