BEDMINSTER, N.J. – The Providence College women's golf team completed play at the Lehigh Invitational on Sunday, Oct. 26 at Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, N.J. The Friars placed 13th with a score of 690 (+114). Sophomore
Gwendolyn Yarnall (East Aurora, N.Y.) led Providence, tying for 30th overall with a two-round total of 160 (+16).
Lehigh University won the team title with a score of 609 (+33) over two rounds. Providence carded a 342 in the opening round and a 348 in the final round.
Yarnall posted rounds of 79 and 81 for a 160 (+16) and recorded three birdies during the tournament. Freshman
Myla Bisceglia (Rye, N.Y.) led all Friars with four birdies, while junior
Emma Peifly (Madison, N.J.) made her collegiate debut this weekend.
