• Providence enters the weekend with an 8-6 record, including a 1-4 mark in BIG EAST play.
• A trio of juniors have reached double-digits in the scoring column this season, led by
Bo Martina's 18 points on eight goals and two assists.

Carly van Benten ranks second in scoring with 17 points on five goals and a team-best seven assists. She ranks third in the BIG EAST in assists per game (0.50).

Lily Procaccianti ranks third in scoring with 15 points on seven goals and one assist. Her seven goals rank second on the team.
• Martina (1.29), Van Benten (1.21) and Procaccianti (1.07) each rank inside the top-10 of the conference in points per game. The trio sits in sixth, seventh and eighth, respectively.

Ari Ftorek is enjoying a solid rookie campaign and enters the weekend with nine points on four goals and one assist.

Ava Porter has started all 14 games and has logged 855 minutes in the cage. She owns a 1.40 goals against average and a 0.778 save percentage. The rookie has posted two shut-out victories on the season.
• Porter leads in the BIG EAST in saves per game (5.00) and save percentage (0.778) and third in goals against average (1.40).
• Nine different players have scored at least one goal this season through 14 games, including six multi-goal scorers.

Macie Pennisi were named to the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team in August. Martina was a unanimous selection, having come off a 2024 campaign in which she earned All-BIG EAST First Team and NFHCA First-Team All-Northeast Region honors.

SCOUTING VILLANOVA (4-11, 2-3 BIG EAST):
• Villanova enters the weekend with a 4-11 overall record, including a 2-3 mark in BIG EAST play.
• Since defeating No. 15 Saint Joseph's (2-1) on Sept. 28, the Wildcats have earned just one win in their last six games.
• During its current five-game winless streak, Villanova has scored two goals.
• Ava Borkowski leads the Wildcats with 14 points on seven goals.
• Colleen Finnan is second on the team in scoring with 12 points on five goals and two assists.
• Gemma Lysaght and Molly Zimmerman are tied for the team lead in assists, with four each.
• Sophie Volkel has played the majority of minutes in the cage for Villanova (711) and owns a 1.94 goals against average and a 0.713 save percentage.
SCOUTING #19 BROWN (8-4):
• Brown enters the weekend with an 8-4 overall record and will face No. 5 Princeton in Ivy League action on Friday, Oct. 24 before heading to Lennon Family Field to face the Friars.
• Brown is ranked in the NFHCA Division I Coaches' Poll for the second-straight week, checking in at No. 19.
• Lexi Pellegrino leads the offense with 23 points on 10 goals and three assists. Mia Karine Myklebust rounds out the 20-point scorers with 20 points on six goals and eight assists.
• Lucy Adams, who has 15 caps with the US Senior National Team, ranks third in scoring with 16 points on four goals and eight assists.
• The Bears are averaging 3.08 assists per game, which ranks seven among NCAA Division I field hockey teams. Additionally, Brown ranks 10
th in the nation in points per game (9.58).
• Ellie Parker has played the majority of minutes in the cage for Brown (523), but Kylee Del Monte has been in goal during each of Brown's last three games.
• Parker owns a 1.03 goals against average and a .786 save percentage. She has compiled a 6-3 record with three shut-out victories. Del Monte is 2-1 on the year and owns a 1.71 goals against average an 0.571 save percentage.
• In last season's meeting between Providence and Brown, the Friars took a 1-0 lead into the fourth quarter before giving up two goals in the final 5:24 of regulation. Providence played the final 5:15 of the game down a player due to a yellow card. The Bears won the game, 2-1.
