Kayla Grant Selected For The WSF/NBC Sports Student-Athlete Mentoring Program

Grant is one of 20 student-athletes chosen to participate in the WSF/NBC Sports Student-Athlete Mentoring Program.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence College volleyball player Kayla Grant has been chosen to be a participant in the upcoming 2024-2025 WSF/NBC Sports Student-Athlete Mentoring Program. This six-month program aims to support women collegiate student-athletes in turning their skills from sports into successful careers. Each participant will be paired with a mentor from NBC Sports, bringing experience from various business areas. The program will include monthly Zoom meetings covering important topics like career development, networking, personal branding and interviewing skills. The student-athletes will work together on a group project that aligns with the interests of both NBC Sports and the Women's Sport Foundation. This project will be presented in-person at the NBC Sports headquarters in Stamford, Conn. in April.
