PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College volleyball team is set to play at UConn on Wednesday, Oct. 9. The match is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. in Storrs, Conn.

SCOUTING THE FRIARS… The Friars enter the weekend with a 7-8 record and are 0-4 in the BIG EAST. Most recently, the Friars were defeated by Seton Hall (3-2) and Georgetown (3-1).
Shaliyah Rhoden (Rowlett, Texas) leads the Friars' offense with 163 kills.
Kayla Grant (Rowlett Texas) leads Providence with 58 blocks and has recorded 121 kills and 12 aces. Grant has a .368 hitting percentage, which ranks third in the BIG EAST.
Jiji Lykins (Coral Spring, Fla.) has tallied 191 digs and averages 3.24 digs per set.
Miller McDonald (Dallas, Texas) leads the Friars with 352 assists.

Freshman McKenna Brand has notched 200 digs and averages 3.42 digs a set.
Senior Doga Kutlu has recorded a team-high 581 assists, averaging 9.85 assists a set.
