PROVIDENCE, R.I.- The Providence College women's soccer team was defeated by the UConn Huskies, 1-0, on Thursday, October 3 at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium at Rizza Performance Center in Storrs, Conn. The Friars moved to 5-5-1 overall and 2-1-0 in BIG EAST play. UConn moved to 7-2-3 overall, and 1-1-2 in the BIG EAST.
