The No. 13/15 Providence College men's hockey team skated past Stonehill College on Friday, October 13 at Schneider Arena, with a final score of 7-1. Seven different Friars tallied goals en route to the victory.

NOTES
- The Friars opened the scoring midway through the first period, with graduate student transfer Cal Kiefiuk finding the back of the net at 13:36 into the opening frame, his first of the 2023-24 campaign. Riley Duran and Luke Krys tallied assists on the play.
- Freshman Tanner Adams extended the Friars' lead early in the second period by way of a glove-side wrist shot to the top shelf. Assisting on Adams' first collegiate goal were Cam McDonald and Luke Krys.
- Just over a minute later, forward Brady Berard padded the Friars' lead at the 3:21 mark, giving Providence a 3-0 lead and Berard his first goal of the 2023-24 season. Chase Yoder and Riley Duran provided assists on the scoring effort.
- The Friars continued to find the back of the net at 11:23 into the second period thanks to a goal from sophomore winger Bennett Schimek, his second of the year. Connor Kelley and Guillaume Richard earned assists on the play.
- Senior forward Nick Poisson continued the scoring for the Friars, extending the lead to five early in the third period. Assisting on the goal were freshman Tanner Adams and blueliner Guillaume Richard.
- The Friars furthered their advantage at 12:13 into the third period, off a goal by sophomore Jaroslav Chmelar to put Providence ahead, 6-0. Liam Valente and Connor Kelley tallied the assists on the play.
- Late in the third period, Providence notched another tally, this time off the stick of graduate student Jamie Engelbert. Brady Berard and Luke Krys assisted on the score.
- With eight seconds remaining in the game, the Skyhawks broke onto the scoreboard, off a breakaway shot by forward Frank Ireland. Assisting on Stonehill's lone tally was William Tripp.
- The Friars finished the game with 61 registered shots on net, most in a single-game across the NCAA this season.
- Philip Svedebäck finished the game with zero goals allowed on four shots faced in 45 minutes between the pipes.
- Seven different Friars tallied goals in the victory, including four first goals of the season.
- Tanner Adams and Jaroslav Chmelar led the Friars with six shots on net each to finish the game. Three Friars finished with five shots on net while six Friars finished with four.
- Krys boasted a game-high three points on three assists.
- Adams, Duran, Berard, Richard and Kelley all recorded multi-point games. Kelley finished the night with a team-best +5 rating.
