-Providence scored the lone goal of the opening period, 1-0, 3:25 into play with a power-play goal from
Hayley Lunny (Bedford, N.Y.). Lunny was assisted by
Bailey Burton (…) and
Lily Hendrikson (Edina, Minn.) on her sixth goal of the season.
-Boston College responded also with a power-play goal, 1-1, from Gaby Roy at 7:13 mark of the second period after
Lindsay Bochna (Toronto, Ontario) was whistled for tripping.
-The Eagles found a 2-1 lead just 42 seconds into the third period with a goal from Abby Newhook.

Bailey Burton netted the equalizer for the Friars, 2-2, on the power-play 10:51 into the third. Burton and Hendrikson both earned their second point of the night on the goal.
-Hannah Bilka put the Eagles in the lead, 3-2, with a power-play goal less than two minutes later after
Caroline Peterson (East Falmouth, Mass.) was sent to the box for roughing at 12:07.
-Boston College struck again, 4-2, at with 4:57 remaining in regulation with a goal from Kelly Browne.
