World Juniors Success
- The 2021 World Junior Championship concluded on Tuesday night as the United States, led by Head Coach Nate Leaman, downed previously undefeated Canada, 2-0. Student-athletes Brett Berard and Patrick Moynihan had successful performances in the tournament as Berard posted one goal, four assists and a +8 rating while Moynihan chipped in with two assists and a +1 rating. They became the fourth and fifth members of the program to win a gold medal at the tournament.

Series History vs. Maine (PC trails 57-66-7, .465)
Maine claimed the last matchup between the schools, 1-0 win up at Alfond Arena in the final game before the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the remainder of the season.  Providence won both games played at Schneider Arena last season and have won 12 in a row against the Black Bears on home ice dating back to 2010.
