OMAHA, NEB. – Providence College volleyball drops match against Creighton on the road on Nov. 16 in Omaha, Neb. With the loss the Friars are now 8-20 on the season and are 2-15 in BIG EAST play. The Friars will return to action tomorrow night at 8:00 p.m. (ET) for their final match of the season against the Creighton Bluejays.

FIRST SET HIGHLIGHTS:Â

Addison Root (Wichita, Kan.) were the strong forces for the Providence offense in set two, recording four and three kills, respectively.

-Barber assisted the Providence offense recording ten assists.

Mackenzie Taylor (Holbrook, N.Y.) and Root played a defensive second set tallying two digs apiece.

-Alderson led the Friars' attack recording four kills, while Root was not behind with three kills.Â
-Barber tallied nine assists, to lead all players in the set. Â
- Root led the Friars' defense recording six digs, to lead all players in the set. Â
