PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College men's soccer team travels to play No. 8 Creighton on Saturday, Oct. 20 at 8:00 p.m. (ET). Creighton is currently ranked first in the BIG EAST, while the Friars are three points behind in second.

Scouting the Bluejays
Creighton enters the match ranked eighth in the United Soccer Coaches poll. The Bluejays have a 9-3-1 overall record and a perfect 5-0-0 record in BIG EAST play. The team is coming off a tough mid-week loss at Akron (1-0). The Bluejays have been shutout in their three losses and lone tie of the season. Highlights on the season include a victory over then-No. 11 Clemson (2-0) and a 3-1 BIG EAST win over then-second place St. John's.
Senior Sven Koenig leads the offense with 14 points on seven goals. Classmate Akeem Ward has eight points (two goals, four assists), while junior midfielder Luke Haakenson has six points (two goals, two assists). Four other Bluejays have five points.
