OHAMA, NEB.- The Providence College women's volleyball team lost their match against Creighton in Ohama, Neb. on Nov. 11. The Friars fall to 13-18 (1-14) on the season while Creighton improves to 21-6 (15-0).
Jenae Alderson (Brooklyn Park, Minn.) and Cayla Veverka (Collegeville, Pa.) led the Friars' attack. Both Alderson and Veverka tallied eight kills in the loss. Michelle Cruz (Midland Park, N.J.) led the Friar's defensive efforts with 12 kills.
Creighton was led by Taryn Kloth's 14 kill effort. Lydia Dimke tallied a double-double as she recorded 34 assists and 12 digs.
The Friars and Bluejays face off again on Nov. 12 at 8:00 p.m. ET in Omaha, Neb.
