Zach Rogers Selected By Colorado Mammoth In NLL Draft

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Providence College graduate, Zach Rogers '14, was selected 32nd overall by the Colorado Mammoth in the 2014 National League Lacrosse (NLL) draft on Sept. 23 at the Toronto Athletic Center in Oakville, Ontario.

Rogers recently spent time playing for Langley Thunder of the Western Lacrosse Association (WLA). He played in nine games registering two points for two assists.

At Providence, Rogers served as captain his senior year and played in all 15 games. He was a defensive anchor for the team, causing 22 turnovers and collecting 46 ground balls in 2014. In his career at Providence College, Rogers played in 58 games and collected 110 groundballs.
