Providence College Athletic Department Holds Season Ticket Holder Party

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -
The Providence College Department of Athletics hosted its first annual Season Ticket Holder Appreciation Party on Thursday, June 25 at Waterplace Restaurant in downtown Providence, R.I. More than 700 season ticket holders attended the event, who have been valued supporters of the Friars' men's basketball, women's basketball, men's ice hockey and women's ice hockey programs.
A full dinner buffet was provided, followed by remarks from Athletics Director Bob Driscoll, men's basketball coach Keno Davis, men's ice hockey coach Tim Army, women's basketball coach Phil Seymore and women's ice hockey coach Bob Deraney.
The event was developed as a way to show appreciation for each of the College's ticket holders. It also provided fans the ability to meet each of the four head coaches and select members of each team in a casual setting. Members of the ticket office also were on hand to help with ticket renewals and purchases.
