Reilly O'Connell enters her first season with Friars swimming and diving as the graduate assistant. O'Connell, a four year competitor for the Friars from 2012-2016, is currently the eighth leading scorer in Friar women's swimming and diving history with a career total of 659 points. As a freshman, O'Connell received the O'Neill Family Award, which honors the most valuable female and male freshman athletes in dual and championship competition as voted by the team members and coaching staff. She is also a school record holder as a part of the 200 Medley Relay team, a record broken at the Big East Championships her junior year.
O'Connell graduated from Providence College as a member of the class of 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Policy and Management. While serving the Friars, O'Connell is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
