Bio
As A Junior: Placed 13th in the 200-yard backstroke at the New England Catholic Invitational (2:15.28)... Placed sixth in the 100-yard freestyle at the Harold Anderson Invitational (53.64).
As a Freshman: Placed 12th in the 200 yard backstroke (2:!6.51) at the Boston College Catholic Invitational…Placed third in both the 50 freestyle (25.72) and 200 backstroke (2:14.09) against Bryant…Placed fourth in the 200 scm free (2:13.20) and third in the 200 back (2:28.25) against Fairfield…At the Harold Anderson Invitational, Keenan placed 13th in the 50 free (24.92), seventh in the 200 free (1:57.00), and eighth in the 200 backstroke (2:09.08)…Placed third in the 200 backstroke (2:15.99) against Holy Cross…Keenan qualified for the BIG EAST Championship in the 50 freestyle, 200 freestyle, and the 200 backstroke. She was also a member of the fifth place 800 freestyle relay, the sixth place 200 freestyle relay, and the sixth place 400 freestyle relay.
Before Providence: Earned four varsity letters swimming at Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child…captain of the swim team during Senior year…team MVP Sophomore and Junior year…Most Outstanding award Senior year…2015 Prep NJ Champions in 400 freestyle relay…NJ High School Meet of Champions qualifier (2015-2017)…earned two varsity letters in Track and Field…Campus Ministry Council Representative.
Personal: Born June 17, 1999…Daughter of Kathryn and James Keenan…has one brother, Gregory, and three sisters, Annie, Betsy, and Deirdre…Uncle, Timothy Shanahan, played Lacrosse at Providence College (’90)…Marketing major.
